By using The AI Glow Up, you agree to these terms. We offer AI tools, content, and digital products to beauty professionals and creators. Pro is a paid subscription you can cancel anytime. Guides are digital downloads. You own your inputs and outputs; we own the platform. AI tools generate suggestions, not professional advice — review before publishing. Be cool, and we'll be cool back.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between you and The AI Glow Up LLC, doing business as The AI Glow Up (“AIGU,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, purchasing a product, or using our website at theaiglowup.co, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.

To use most of our service, you'll create an account. You agree to:
Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly ($29) or annually ($197), processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
We sell digital guides, courses, and other products. Some guides are free with an optional tip you can add at checkout. Paid products are billed once via Stripe.
All purchases require an account so we can deliver the file and track your download access. Files are delivered through your account after payment is confirmed.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues are resolved within a day or two by email. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account termination.
When you use our tools (Caption Writer, Action Board, etc.), you may submit text, descriptions, or other content (“Inputs”). You own your Inputs. By submitting Inputs, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them solely to provide the service to you and improve it.
Outputs generated by our AI tools (captions, suggestions, etc.) belong to you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers we use (currently Anthropic). You're responsible for reviewing AI Outputs before publishing or relying on them.
Cards you create on the Action Board are currently stored locally in your browser and are not transmitted to us. You're responsible for backing them up if needed.

AI tools generate suggestions, not professional advice. Outputs can be incorrect, biased, or unsuitable for your context. Always review AI Outputs before publishing them to clients, social media, or anywhere your business is on the line. Our AI tools do not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You're responsible for the content you publish.

Violating these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
The AIGU brand, website, dashboard, tool interfaces, prompts, guides, courses, written content, designs, and underlying code are owned by AIGU and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your personal or professional use, consistent with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of our content without written permission, except as expressly allowed by these Terms.
Our service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database + authentication), Anthropic (AI), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of features powered by these services is also subject to their terms. We're not responsible for their services or content.
We may include affiliate links or recommend third-party tools. We may earn a commission if you purchase through our links, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we've used or vetted.
You can stop using our service or close your account at any time by emailing hello@theaiglowup.co.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, file a chargeback without contacting us first, or for legal or safety reasons. We'll generally give notice when we can.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT, EDUCATIONAL CONTENT, OR THIRD-PARTY MATERIAL. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those cases, the exclusions above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIGU AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) $100 USD.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIGU from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your Inputs or published Outputs, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first email us at hello@theaiglowup.co so we can try to resolve it informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date and notify you by email or on-site banner where appropriate. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
